Subject: 21731/Acknowl/Lawler-Wood/AffordableHousing/LowIncome Date: Fri, 25 Oct 1996 08:25:12 -0500 RESOLUTION NO. 21731 A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED BY LAWLER-WOOD, LLC, DEVELOPER, AND DODSON AVENUE PARTNERS, L.P., APPLICANT FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS FROM THE TENNESSEE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, WILL PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR CHATTANOOGA'S CITIZENS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that it is acknowledged that the housing development proposed by Lawler-Wood, LLC, Developer, and Dodson Avenue Partners, L.P., applicant for low income housing tax credits from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, will provide affordable housing for Chattanooga's citizens. The proposed development will be comprised of 40 affordable housing units and is to be located in the City of Chattanooga on 3 acres located at the corner of Dodson Avenue and Third Street, Tax Map No. 146F-N-007 and 009.1.
